Refund & Cancellation Policy

YogaPeace Academy believes in transparency and fairness. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and subscription changes are handled for our online courses and services.

By enrolling in any course or subscription, you agree to this policy.

1. General Policy

  • All purchases made on YogaPeace Academy are considered final, unless otherwise stated.
  • Due to the digital nature of our courses and immediate access to learning materials, refunds are limited.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the type of course or subscription purchased.

2. One-Time Course Purchases

a) Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests will be considered only if raised within 12 hours of purchase.
  • The course must not have been substantially accessed (i.e., limited video views or lesson progress).

b) Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided if:

  • More than 12 hours have passed since purchase
  • A significant portion of the course has been accessed
  • Course materials have been downloaded or viewed extensively
  • The request is based on change of mind or lack of time

3. Subscription Plans

a) Cancellation

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund for the current billing period.

b) Refunds on Subscriptions

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, whether monthly, quarterly, or annual.
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Live Classes, Workshops & Events

  • Fees paid for live classes, workshops, or special events are non-refundable.
  • If YogaPeace Academy cancels or postpones an event, participants may be offered:
    • A rescheduled session, or
    • Access to recorded content, or
    • Credit for future programs (at our discretion)

5. Technical Issues

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Internet connectivity issues
  • Device incompatibility
  • Browser or software limitations

Users are advised to ensure technical readiness before enrollment.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and genuine cases (such as duplicate payments or payment errors), refunds may be processed after verification.

Approval of such refunds is at the sole discretion of YogaPeace Academy.

7. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancel a subscription, please email:

Requests without complete information may be delayed.

8. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.

9. Changes to This Policy

YogaPeace Academy reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
